This flogger is a perfect! The leather tassels are 18" long and the handle is 12" long. The tassels are made from 4-5oz Kodiak Oil Tanned leather and are heavy enough to this and light enough to sting. The handle is made of white as and has been torched to bring out the beautiful grain. It has been coated twice with a durable spray on clear coat to make cleaning easy.
